While living in the United States, a brilliant Chinese scientist, Dr. Tsien Hsue-shen, is chosen to work on the US (Army) Air Force’s most classified technologies for over a decade during the 1940s – 1950s.

Suddenly, he is outlandishly targeted by the FBI, traded in a prisoner exchange by President Eisenhower and returns to China in a sequence of events orchestrated by the Majestic 12 Group/Deep State.
